Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you reach out through the contact form or use the Life Path calculator, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to share. When you make a purchase, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Base44 Payments); we receive your order details and email, but we never see or store your card information.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the readings and services you request, to respond to your inquiries, to send you the Life Path mini-guide when you opt in, and to send occasional reflections if you join a membership. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand which content resonates with visitors.
Email communications
When you request the free Life Path mini-guide, you will receive that email and, if you become a member, ongoing membership communications. You may request to stop receiving non-essential emails at any time by replying to any message we send.
Data retention
We retain your lead and purchase records for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to your requests. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at dearsoulcode@healingsoulcode.com.
Your rights

Terms of Service
The nature of our services
Numerology readings, reports, and guidebooks offered by The Healing Soul Code are provided for reflection, insight, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon for decisions of those kinds. You remain solely responsible for any choices you make.
Purchases & refunds
One-time readings and guidebooks are delivered as described on their service pages. Because each reading is personalized and prepared specifically for you, one-time services are non-refundable once preparation has begun. Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time; you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
Membership access
Member content is available to active members for the duration of their subscription. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling member-only content is not permitted. Access is tied to your account and may not be transferred.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
